The nose: Expressive candied fruit notes supported by sweet almond notes

The mouth: A beautiful fruity and round structure, enhanced by thin bubbles that line the palate and give a good length

Serve nice and chilled between 6 and 8 °, perfect for a sweet and savory appetizer and also with a nice chocolate fondant!

Our great winemakers in the South West of France have great savoir-faire. We picked this classic blanc-de-noir from Merlot and gently dealcoholized it through low temperature distillation to preserve its rich aromas. That's what it takes to start a Revolution!
